need to flash and unlock nokia 6350- PLEASE HELP

I need to flash Hebrew language into some Nokia 6350 and also unlock them. I was told I could buy a JAF box and accomplish both thru that with the proper software via the computer.

Can someone advise me where to buy one of these boxes and what exactly I need to do?
I am not very tech savy and any help in the right direction would be much appreciated.
