n70 shows chargihg,but battery not charged

my n70 shows charging,but battery not getting charged.i changed the battery but the same complaint.format also did no use.what is the prob

did u check the output is it ok if not then try changing the charging ic

bro,
first put ur charger and check without battery output

if less then 3.5v
then change charging ic

brother,i chek without battery,but 3.5v is not coming.i dont know where is the ic.please give a reference picture to me.....
