Nokia 3110C Contact Service solution for hardware faults

Hello!!!
My Nokia 3110C Is water Damage. Now It Power On But Its Show Contact Service After Switch On.
So Plz Solve My Problem...

2 ways to solve contact service problem with software

1- write pm file
2- erase fone with erase file and flash it

if still on contact service 101% hardware problem

software of the set is ok all test are passed and blocked open and imei is correct . with software cable set became power on in normal mode but by on off swtch shows cantact service . any hardware solution my dears
