nokia 3110c not charging

3110c after i connect to charger showing charge but not save in battery. I have charge in 1 hour but the battery still empty.

1- cheng battery
2- Reehot thavo

i have the same problem with N75, when plugged it shows charging but battery is not charged. anybody any solution please
