Its Importent serius problem

last two three month i face a maximum nokia 5130 , 2730 , 2700 , 6303 (main 5130) same problem know every one 1) nokia and restart or 2) nokia come to hang
flash also latest version camera remove ear spk remove but not any solution proper so can u any body send me any proper this problem solution........... ( my english knowledge very bad)......so sorry.....plz help me........
