You can Use from Old/Dead Nokia Sets if New Not Available @ your Area...

yes i try do it, but when i take old ic i saw i dont have a mask or stencil and question how i can make bols for ic without mask))) thanks

Apply Some Flux on IC and Use Soldering Iron to Make Balls [Reball]

No Need to Check Size...
