Were did you get that information? Self study? Then say how to do...
Im really interested, and don't think its possible to unlock all that models

Sorry, but I think you're NOT right
If we both speak about Dejans BB5 Logger, this information is not correct so far. I know for example several people who tried unlocking N73 with NO luck. Other listed phones, exact the same.
Did you try it yourself?

I'm a moderator myself in some german mobile forums, and there everybody says that supported models are only 6630, 6680 n70 ... since even Dejan said it so. By now Dejan is opening the instructions for buliding a BB5 Box by yourself thats ready to do all the phones you listed, but the "free" logger form his web isn't that able.

If you think another way, explain it to me. Say how to do, for unlocking all these models

Everybody is unlocking 6630, 6680, N70, 6681... but no person unlocked a N73 or even a N95 ^^ Just think a moment about your statement
