How to read user code on PM file

how to read user code or security code on PM file..?


UFS & jaf can read usercode or security code,but sometimes jaf is having problem reading usercode on some other nokia phones.so you have to read it manualy.

in this tutorial im reading a N70 5 digits usercode:
first,read full PM
start address at 0 to 255
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s.../readingpm.jpg
then save,

after reading PM file,open the PM file
choose notepad for program to use..

then look for section "[35]".

under section [35],you will see " 0=32343638310000000000 "

how to read it?



after = sign,read the 2nd number,4rth,6th,8th and 10th number.



which is "24681"

after that,smile..
thats the usercode.

simple trick,but maybe helpful for you.

Burhan really very very good information i like it very much plz tell me 1 thing more cable is must be modified for reading pm

soo long procedure why u dont jump to PM Edit & then read pm


isnt so easy ?

It must be remembered that security codes on Nokia handsets can be up to TEN digits long!

So if section 35 of the PM has anything but 0000000000 after the first 10 digits you'll need apply the same procedure to the 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th and 20th digit.

For example:

[35]
0=31323334353031323334

Would give a security code: 1234501234

Its good but many models has user code in the block 308 :D:D

This is solutions is just for models wich working fine from Dejan programm ..
