My problem with Nokia 2700c RM-561

Flash ok but no UI setting

My solutions but NOT OK:


1. Flash with 9.97 version ..........>>>>>> OK but NOT UI Setting done.

2. Flash with 9.98 MCU, left 9.97 PPm, CNT.................>>>>>>OK but NOT UI Setting done

3. Erase full Flash then flashing with 9.97 version and then 9.98 version....................>>>>OK but NOT UI setting done.

4. rehot D2800 and D3000................>>>>>>>> PROBLEM remains

This problem showing hardware damage.
Check on hardware.
Soldering Combo ic /change it.
