JAF Setup 1.98.35 ready...

- fixed the problem with N73 as FAST PHONE when flash ppm
- fixed the crash problem when setting local mode, changing mode, after flash etc. Hope to fix all.
- minor improving

You must have Setup 1.98.32 installed.
