Samsung Tablet PC Chinese Characters Appears

Hi, I'm new here! Please help me with my samsung tablet pc I believed it's an imitation made from china. I already search to google and other forums but I can't find a particular answer.

I got this tablet from a friend he gave it to me since he got a new one but the problem is I cannot reset it. After trying some combination a chinese character appear and give me a lot of option there.

Does anyone here encountered the same problem? Please help me solve it.
