hardware/software tools suggestion

hello experts, am going to open a mobile shop within few days...i learned my service practice through blower for removing/reworking ic...but i would like to prefer irda rework station since it is updated model where i seen it in internet only...can irda rework station is much useful and can i able to use it better than normal blower, though i didn't use it or even seen it...plz suggest me so that i can make my purchase...and also tell me the approximate price of normal blower and irda if u known it...

Regarding software i want to flash and unlock branded mobiles listed below
NOKIA, SAMSUNG, SONY ERICSSON , HTC , BLACKBERRY, MOTOROLA, LG
do i need to go for specific box for every brand or box like hwk/universal box and mxkey dongle is more enough for it? the most mobile i get will be nokia, samsung and sonyericsson...so help plz...

i have ufs 3, sarasoft, tornado series, i am using hwk, please tell me that if i upgrade it into ufs4 or ufs5, then any one problem for flashing by upgrading this?????????????????
