Blackberry - Voice and Data Usage Reset

I wanted to know if there's a way to rest the voice and data usage on the blackberry. You can find this information under options/status and type "BUYR"

Use this software "JL_Cmder v1.9.0 Installer"you can reset with this.

So I did a wipe with the JL_Cmder which forced the reset software:507 error so I had to reload the OS. But that still didn't reset the data or voice usage. Please let me know if you have any more suggestion.
