Can anyone help me ? I was tried apploader but it need some alx and ali file. i can't find it.

if yur loader not loading files jus uninstall everything

restart pc install blackberry manager latest version.

Download nd install lastest firmware

delete 'vendor.xml' from 'C:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Launch apploader from C:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Click Next in the window that pops up

Click next again even if Correct PIN is not detected (UNKNOWN or FFFF..)

wait till app loader menu cames up and select components you want to install

Click next then again

wait for set to boot up
