Blackberry desktop software refuse to download

My blackberry desktop software don't seems to be working.
I tried to download it from blackberry official site but it refuse to download.

If it is user lock then enter wrong code 10 time then it wipe & ok.
& if contry lock then need it unlock by MEP.

sir first ask write blackberry and after black berry as code tellme which code is this?

First type Blackberry then enter wrong code, as your choice.
Enter wrong code ten time (10).
Then set's lock code reset.

Read first deeply what i said.
Enter code as your choice,you can enter random code.
Enter wrong code ten time.

This method only for security code reset.
