    your mob is locked 2 other carrier. you need 2 unlock yur mobile..
    if yu need unlock code post yur imei nd MEP code.

    It seems that something is wrong with your SIM card..

    First make sure that your Blackberry is really unlocked:
    Go into "Options" > "Advanced Options" > "Sim Card" and type "MEPD".
    You will see a screen with a few lines and a status next to each one of them.
    Make sure that all the lines are with "Disbaled" status.
    If any of the lines there are active it means that your Blackberry is not unlocked and needed to be unlocked by a MEP unlocking code. - this will solve your issue.
