iOS 11 users are forced to authorize more often when returning from background in Goo

Users that are using iOS 11 devices with Good for Enterprise client version 3.3.0 will need to use touchID or enter their password more frequently after the client wakes up from the background. Users that are on iOS 10 or earlier will not see this behavior.
