When, in the UEM console, prior to UEM version 12.10, an attempt to open a Policy page (i.e. "I.T. Policies" page) or a Profile page (i.e. "CA Certificate Profiles") results in a pop-up error stating "An error was encountered. The profiles could not be retrieved."
