Download-Protected Microsoft Excel files open as blank documents in the BlackBerry Wo

Several users from the same tenant have reported that various files do not appear to open on their end. These are fairly regular Excel/Word files, they get the Contacting Management Right Server popup initially, no errors, then Excel would open a blank page. It's important to note that they have Download Protected permissions to these files. They worked perfectly fine with Full Access but I had them switch to Download Protected yesterday to keep the files safe, and have been hearing about these issues since.
