BlackBerry Workspaces for Windows plugin does not sync files after a Windows 10 devic

If, for an unrelated reason, the Windows 10 device is reloaded to factory presets, the subsequent reinstallation of BlackBerry Workspaces results in only partial re-synching of folders.
