BlackBerry Dynamics enrollments do not fully complete as an app forcefully exits afte

After upgrading from UEM 12.8.1 to 12.10.1b (but not every CORE), dynamics activation is failing. The activation gets to "Enterprise Activation Completed" but crashes immediately afterwards.
