Micromax X510 Sound Problem. HELP!

Hi to all Experts

Today I got a Micromax X510(Pike) with Sound problem. In this set if I play Music it work fine, sound is good enough, but when I stop music, its speaker start making Noise (Hissing sound) continuously. This hissing sound is low, I can hear it if my ear is near the speaker. If I try to plug earphone then speaker make loud clicking sound, but earphone works fine , no hissing sound in it. If I switch off mobile, the speaker still make this hissing sound until I remove the battery. If I re-attach battery there is no hissing sound in speaker until I play any Music file. I change speaker but no luck. I check voltage on speaker connectors of PCB, it is 3v on both + and -(Speaker is not connected to PCB at that time). I check components near connector but they seems fine.
PLEASE HELP ME............
