RM-37 Major Phone Data Package Installation

Installation:
- The previous DP must be manually uninstalled from the Windows
control panel "Add / Remove Programs" before installing this new DP!!

- AMS Phoenix release 2005.12.5.90 or newer is required!
- Close Phoenix before starting installation of the Data Package.
