nokia 1200 strange problem

I receive one nokia 1200 with strange problem.
when I make a call after 1 or 2 minutes,
it give a continous beep,like a fan is working.
during this problem call will continue ,untill disconnect.but cant understand anything.and some time auto restart.
I flash it but nothing.
then I reball its upp,but problem still same.
any kind of help will b appreciated.
