erase flash , flash phone , upload pm. use mt-box griffin server to unlock phone.
for problem contact service in 1600 i only write good pm,now must try a good pm go solve problem or not.

brother first a fall u full erase flash with JAF then reflash after flash it,s 1000% ok solotsion

You can resolve also by using with your ufs
Just flash with rh-70 low version then setfull factory
Then Unlock!!!
