Nokia 6610 display light Always on

i have change my 6610 display and now after power off the phone the display light still remains on. Please tell me what should i do to this

check for any water damage in light ic and front board connector
try changng the display

brother check lcd connector it must be short in its legs.

I have changed the dispaly and check for lcd connector legs. but still same problem. thanks for helping me

check the coil backside of lcd near battery connecter and 6 leg ic there must b a shot
