    proven by HARMONEX philippines

    action taken:
    reheat ic still contact service
    flash the phone with high/LOWER version
    still contact service

    Default contact service 1209

    after flashing init local mode failed shows and with battery shows contact service also before flashing phone is ok with little problem no network shows with reliance,with other any sim network ok

    i flashed with 4.80 ver but same as init local mode failed and with batt. contact service help me
    after click on wr pm it shows init local mode failed
