Nokia 1600 Simcard Registeration Failed

Dear Guys ,

I have nokia N-1600 in my hand giving erros "SimCard Registeration Failed"
i wanna solution for it i have 5 networks in my country but none of them working when i insert simcard after starting up it's giving me error "SimCard Registeration Failed" urgentley i need solution for this fault thanks in advance for helping me out

This set is in blacklisted set, The imei # can not change
opening of this set is an illegly work so dont give any set
of this problem
