pleaes try it after changing the wallpaper, mean use orignal wallpaper not your own photo, and post result, have faced same problem with nokia 6111 and solved changing wallpaper.
i m using the white screen means without wallpaper but same problem kindly give me other solution

i had done the default factory settings but it does not solve my problem any other help

have you try this way ?
1- flash 3,70 ver. but E not M (etc: rm72_73_110E_03.70c )
2- after write pp (etc: RM-72_EU.pp)
3- and write 6230 pm
unlock and full ui defaults.
