Board under maintenance notice 26.11.2011, IST 2200 hrs

Hello all members of www.gsmindia.in,

This is to notify you all that the Board will be in maintenance mode for upgrade and backup systems on 27-11-2011 effective from 0500 hrs IST until further notice. All updates will be announced on the home page for the progress being made.

System upgrade is required to optimize the speed of the board and give you a more better feel for using www.gsmindia.in

We will try to get back online as soon as possible. Apologies in case any inconvinience caused due to maintenance.

I would request all Mods and Super Mods to please guide the members through the chnages on Board and in case you have any questions, please post in the Admin and Mod section where I can reply you.

Hello All,

I am still in process of updating the Board as well as solving current issues faced by the users. The update process will be going on upto a week, as I can only process updates during non peak hours.

In case of any issues, just post in this thread in details and if possible with a screen shot of error you face.

If Possible please increase thread title name Size,change Sticky thread's color.
It is help to easily understand.
"Like" Link size so small,need increase to Like logo & link.
If Possible then Add logo with "LIKE"

What do you mean by changing it, please explain in brief and reasons for people not liking it. If you mean to add like and dislike button, then yet we dont need to have dislike option enabled, as this will have kind of misunderstanding between groups of people.

Hello,

The Thanks and Like button, is under the post tab. You can see there. It was already there, but just was being tetsed by Mods and Admins. Now is open to all.

Second part, the shadow option, we are looking out to verify that, but we need testing on all browser platforms, so please be patience, we will update soon here. And already a post/case is open for the shadow issue.

They can use Like and thanks as well as share buttons. Previously thanks option was just open for mods and admins, as I was still testing some scripts.
