2. SELECT RESTORE
3. USE WP623_VOF_RO_WP623V1.0.1B01_FULL_REST.bin
4. WHEN THE PROCESS COMPLETES YOU WILL HAVE A FULLY WORKING AND UNLOCKED PHONE
