Nck Dongle 1.9.1 Bug fix for:

Dongle Update is now Fixed, no more issues on stamp update and counter update.

P.S. Software will run only in demo mode without Dongle, you can still use free addons like old zte and huawei, but for full supported models and to ENABLE HIDDEN MODELS AND MENUS , Dongle must BE UPDATED AND IN USE.
