How to unlock ZTE MF100:
You may use our service - Inspire Your Device
To your computer must be connected modem. A program that automatically starts with the modem (dashboard) - closed

I don't have your models, but I know another huawei E153 from Kyivstar provider. It has signed firmware so nobody can unlock it.
Maybe your device have another security lock, but I can't decide remotely, i need to see/touch/disassemble ..
