Hi guys, while trying to unlock this modem - Huawei e3131s-2, I have had to try to update its firmware but it seems all the firmwares i get are not compatible mostly below the current modem firmware. I keep getting a certain ERROR 10 and ERROR 16 I am stuck at this. The modem is locked to Kenya Orange please help.
