Update box firmware using "fbi" file
It is a general problem of "HWK"
I post procedure in this forum see it.

I see in above that One told you to Send Generated File to your Reseller... but no need you can do this.

There is lots of free "req to fbi" converting software

Try yourself, if not I post you details step by step
It is a common problem and how many time you contact retailer?
And response from them is if may be slow then you suffer (Mony lost)
So, try first and post result

Then Install Latest Version Of Hwk Setup

i fix my problum from hwkraskulator

[Dinesh4all]

1. open hwk update client-> click next-> wait some time 2 login to server

2. click on support site, that is sarunasoft.com

3. close update client

4. download ur support file, that is Reg.fbi from support site
keep the Reg.fbi to C:\ProgFiles\Sarasoft\UFS\Update Client

5. repeat process 1-> click on update firmware->select the file Reg.fbi
wait some time untill it shows done

7. Now use twister activator to creat xxxx.fbi from xxxx.reg

7. Close update client-> again repeat process 1-> click on update firmware->
now select ur created Box id file that is xxxx.fbi
now wait till it shows done

Br, for box ufs box auth error 20 easy way is write FBI file. It is not related to Firmware or EEProm. it is related to reistry file.

bro in attachment igive u a snapshot for procedure .... a setup of tds tool for converting ur xxx.req into fbi........and a tutorial guide

so see it carefully and remove ur error

1. Download attached req.rar file

2. Connect UFS and open update clint
3. Click "NEXST>>"

4. Now click "Update UFS Firmware" and ask for file. Select downlodaded "req.fbi" file

5. After a few sec a file "your_ufs_no.req" for example UFS no=1234 the file is 1234.req generated.

6. Now, download 2nd attached file req to fbi converter

7. Open it and click "convert req to fbi".

8. Now gennerated fbi file copy to yourdesktop.

9. Again, now click "Update UFS Firmware" and select file which copied in desktop the new generated file. 1234.fbi

10. You see in the window of update clint a message "Box key updated" and a finish message. wait for that message for a min.

11. Update your box again and reinstall UFS major suit.
