why install hwk v3.04.1 my pc shut down?

after install v3.04, my pc shut down if i try to unintall it

yes sir, i've install setup V03.4.000.exe before upgrade it whit setup v03.04.001.exe, i d'now wy my pc shut down if try to uninstal it...:mad:
