My HWK is shown UNAUTHORISED, use Update tool, but when I try to upgrade it shows the log as below:

try this
You are using old version of UFS suite you have to upgrade but upgrade doesn't happen by you connecting to upgrade server. So first uninstall previous version completely. Download new support suite and install then after connecting to support suite with the new 02.10.00 version you will be able to download the new version of the suite setup. install that and all will be ok.
