HWK:UNAUTHORISED, Use UPDATE TOOL

Brothers!!!
My HWK is shown UNAUTHORISED, use Update tool, but when I try to upgrade it shows the log as below:

hello sir if u have hwk setup and support suite than please send
i hve it but after instaling both when we run DCTxBB5 TOOLS V2.09 there is error no 20 comming it says : None authorised copy of software detected please use original install package.PLEASE IF U CAN SOLVE THESE PROBLEM

my dear brother i think u have updated ur box at high version 2.0.9 but now u r using 2.0.8 know reinstall ur box and update it in new version and instll new version it is 100% solution

open your box and open your bb5 kit and clean then put kit and try your problum 100% solve tested by me
