Apple sounds warning bell for smartphone industry

The economy is having an impact on all electronic goods; even Apple, which defied gravity in the last recession.

Well i do agree with this report, but when I travel across Asia and see all people, even who cannot afford a smartphone with their small pay checks every month, are being offered Easy Money Installments to buy these phones. Sometimes i do feel a waste of money buying out some of the smart phones. For example: 90% of people (youth and teenage) are using Blackberry devices just for socializing with BBM, and othe stuff. When I asked them questions regarding other features in a blackberry device, they get bank faces....So for such people I have nothing in personal, but I hate looking companies selling their good devices, by showing features what people would like. Even RIM is not interested to make people learn about actual; use and functioning of a Blackberry device.
