Some huawei T201 won't boot

Thanks so much to infinity team for updating Huawei T201 unlock but i have unlocked several pieces of this model since the update but i have come to realize that this model has two types of mother boards and one type of make is not able to boot on pc. What i tell the customers for those who have just bought brand new to go back and swap it with another then am able to unlock it. This type, which is failing to boot, has also a blinking problem with only lights and am unable to flash them because they can't boot on infinity software. At first i thought it was a hardware fault but when I received new pieces to unlock, this is when i discovered that. Despite the fact that they can’t boot on infinity software, they remain working on their original UTL lines, which they were locked to. I tried to attached pictures of this model that doesn't boot but i just got a failure notice of message not sent. But i have a feeling that this type of make has a test point. To differentiate these models one that is not able to connect when you check its motherboard, down near the sim card socket there are 3 aligned test points whereas the other one, which is able to boot, doesn’t have these points.
