Support LOGON problems? Read here first.

1. I have index page each time i try to logon.
This is a problem with security in your pkey. Send me by pm your pkey id for checking.
Also this is a problem when you have your computer clock set wrong.

2. When i press logon button in software nothing happens.
This is bcs you don't have a default browser set in windows. Set the default browser from control pannel and try again.

3. When i press logon button, browser starts but hang on connecting or connected.
This is from server overloaded. Either you try with server 2 or try again later.
Also check if your security settings in browser don't block untrusted certificates.


If you have other problems and you already checked solutions above please post here your problems.
