JAF Detected As USB serial Controler

Help me please
My JAF detected "USB serial Controler", I have tried on Mprog's Software and FTDI, but fails, stage what does have I do? some body help me please

u must have good eeprom for jaf..u can read from good jaf box,read and save at template after that use good eeprom write to your jaf box

try to install and re install your your jaf installer and remove jaf sim clean it:p....

tahnks on its answer, will I try... but Jaf can't yet be detected by computer as FTDI'S peripheral, Shall Driver's Software vesture what...? I have tried driver's vesture to "USB serial Controler" utilizing USBdriverinstallerV2.0.0's Software, but regular is not is detected (not support) as USBController, do solution any other....?
