    did u tried rpl service ?

    did the handset turns off with in 30 seconds ?

    Its Same expect last Digit

    you can buy rpl For that unit

    and repair Imei

    try if there are available logs!!! i think it need an rpl repiar but there are a problem in using logs if the uem is already damage using log wont work,, the last resort is replacing uem

    1st can you check once again

    Uem Imei :

    Phone back imei : its Same or not

    Can you post here here uem imei and phone

    its its okey

    according to my knowledge there r 2 ways to check imei
    1 phone back
    2 *#06#
    3 I dont know

    Sir you have jaf

    Go to Imei tool Tab

    And Read uem imei You phone back Imei X) Last digit is X

    and cable cable For Mobile and match the phone back imei and uem imei

    Its same

    its here

    but the imei at back is different from the uem imei which is 35881500998829

    Your Uem imei is Damaged Rpl Services Also not Work

    So You need Change Uem

    must change new UEM first then write RPL
