LG - KG195 on & restart problem

Sir i have a KG195 mobile
when i do set on the set only show the LG logo & restart again.
I do the flashing also by ok file but problem not solved.
one time set is on & i make the call and switch off.
when i switch on the set is showing invalid sim after switch off
the problem is same, show the LG logo & restart again.
PLS help me what i do.

Code:

1. Run ChineseMiracle software
2. Select model "MT6228 NAND"
3. Make "format" by "whole flash chip" method
4. run lg software
5. select model and format
100% tested and working
