1. modify the 6800H write, format
2. adjustment CoolSand write
3. adjustment Mstar read and write

and included all feature which is in v 1.16 as folows


1. Coolsand NEW Flash IC added.
2. Mstar Speed Increase Read & Write.
3. Coolsand Format Mug remove.
4. First MT 6276 Read and write Flash.
5. MT READ WRITE SPEED IMPROVE
6. 6276 Read and write Flash ( World's First Time)
