mxkey smart card resource is not running

i have instaled 3.5 v 2.3 in that i have instaled the software but when i open it it shows the smart card resource manager is not running

Disable Anti-Virus & Firewall if Any and Check Again...

Check with Other USB Port..

If Same Follow This :
1. Remove Smart Card Drivers
2. Restart System
3. Install Smart Card Drivers

Post Result...

cheek connecting cable reconnect & uninstall previous driver than re install.
