nokia 5130c and 2700c problem

hi all ..... nokia 5130c and 2700c problem.. blinking nokia logo only. when i do reset npc data the set become on perfectly but imei is missing...after that when i do restore imei backup the set become blinking agiain...plz give me a perfect solution...(using box----Hti)

This Problem showing for Imei damage.
At this time no perfect solution.
Some people success doing soldering CPU, when problem showing for CPU damage.

same probem here.. what i will do .. sir ?
