Nokia 7500 not working after flash

Hi all. My nokia 7500 prism was not working. When u on it, it just restarts itself 4 times and then just goes off. This happened when i was transferring some music files using bluetooth.
So i decided to flash it with the latest firmware 5.21 which i did successfully, but when i insert my sim card the phone can not pick up any network. So i can't make any calls or anything.

Please need help
