There so many phone (3110c) that have phone restricted problem, but here is an All-in-One thread that could help others to solve it quickly. All we need is a JAF box and MX-KEY.

1st step : Unlock it with any Mehmood BB5 unlocker.
2nd step : Full Flash with version 7.21 and repair SUPERDONGLE KEY with MX-KEY

Note : 2nd step are important as the phone firmware will get corrupted after unlock and then SUPERDONGLE KEY too that cause the phone to shutdown itself (WD timer enabled).
