How to getting the data from damage phone

Hi, I have one Nokia C2 - 03, everything gone and I have tried to repair but the problem still same, so how can I get data from
my Nokia C2 with out on the Hand phone power.?

i think it's very impossible ... but if you connect the mobile to computer and it's read Okay ... you can backup your data Via Nokia PC Suite
